THE PENINSULA RESORT reaches into the Mediterranean Sea to offer fantastic panoramic views and privacy. At the same time it is located only 3,5 km from the famous Port of Paphos and about 10 km from Paphos International Airport. The unique plot of land has 7,5 hectares and the main buildings will be the three towers on the beachfront. The tallest and largest of the three buildings will be one of the Marriott brands (to be announced soon). The building will be 14 floors high and include 168 hotel rooms and an additional 53 conduminiums/branded apartments. The hotel will have luxurious facilities for the residents and guests including a conference and congress halls, a health and wellness centre, five restaurants on-site and a spectacular 1,000 sqm chillout rooftop terrace.

The two residential towers will have a total of 11 floors with 122 individual apartments. The standard apartment types include studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom and up to 5 bedroom options.

The estimated time of completion of the two residential towers is the end of 2019 and the hotel mid-2020.
